Farah Hottle

Role: Founder/CEO

Something About Me: I grew up in a house of seven women! My grandfather was the only man in the house. It was awesome...and loud.

Fashion Style:Style meets comfort. As a mom and business owner who is always on the go, versatile pieces in feel-good fabrics are an absolute must.

Fashion Must-Have: Black skinny pants and colorful scarves.

A Few of my Favorite Things: At-home dance parties, out-of-town visitors, networking, small business start-ups (duh!), creative writing, poetry, my Keurig coffee maker, interior decorating, cooking, learning anything and everything.

Jennie Cook

Role: VP, Operations

Something About Me: I grew up in southern California as the consummate beach girl. I have now spent more than half of my life in Virginia and my husband likes to call me his southern belle.

Fashion Style: Strong and confident! I like to play with color and texture in my clothing but my passion is jewelry and gold toned sandals.

Fashion Must-Haves: This changes by the season but right now, I am loving dresses, loads and loads of gold jewelry, platform sandals, and my new running pants.

A Few of my Favorite Things: Breakfast food for dinner, family, reading anything and everything, finding the perfect new necklace, running, graphic design, laughing, HTML, dried mango, catching up with old friends, boot camp workouts, and Angry Birds.

Ellyn Dawson

Role: Business Manager

Something About Me: I love to be creative! Drawing, sewing, baking, styling, decorating...

Fashion Style: Southeast prep meets Parisian chic!

Fashion Must-Haves: An artist's palette of cardigans, a little black dress, a classic blazer, lots of statement jewelry, leather boots, and kicky heels!

A Few of my Favorite Things: Faith, family, being an aunt to two fabulous nieces, traveling, fashion, zumba, wedding planning, chicken (grilled or fried), aquariums, and children (although they might drain you of energy, they keep you young at heart).

Carmen Morales

Role: Project Coordinator

Something About Me: I've lived in three different states, in Washington, D.C., and in England. In fact, I had a British accent until I was 9 years old.

Fashion Style: I like to mix and match basics with pops of color and prints with fun shoes and accessories.

Fashion Must-Have: Long necklaces, wedge heels, and cardigans.

A Few of my Favorite Things: Performing arts, chai tea, tumblr, contemporary art, warm weather, playful banter, design (fashion, graphic, interior, costume, lighting, all of it!), avocadoes, traveling, reading, and learning new things about people.

Limah Taeb

Role: Photography Coordinator

Something About Me: I was born in New York, but grew up in Richmond. I'm not much of a homebody because I love to travel whenever I get the chance. I'm also a huge foodie! I love to try new restaurants, cook, and my sweet tooth is my weakness! Zooey Deschanel's character on New Girl would probably be the best way to describe my personality.

Fashion Style: Simple and natural during the day but at night, I like to shine! I love to pair bright colors and I like to mix it up with at least one pattern.

Fashion Must-Haves: A watch, stud earrings, leggings, sheer tops, and dark denim jeans.

A Few of my Favorite Things: Traveling, witty humor, photography, history, foreign movies, New Girl.
